All Things Shining

Josh Larsen at tells us of the book All Things Shining: Reading the Western Classics to Find Meaning in a Secular Age by Hubert Dreyfus and Sean Dorrance Kelly and the sound “whoosh”.  This is the sound the authors use to describe the random, temporary moments of awe we encounter.  Also in this post, Larsen mentions Simply Christian: Why Christianity Makes Sense by N. T. Wright, who also mentions these glimpses of God’s restored world.
